Designing for Finance House meant operating within strict regulatory and operational constraints while serving a broad user base with varying financial literacy. The primary challenge was maintaining a consistent, intuitive experience across multiple products and features without oversimplifying complex financial actions.®
Role
We contributed to the design and evolution of Finance House’s digital ecosystem. Our role involved shaping end-to-end user experiences across multiple products, collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, compliance, and risk teams. Responsibilities included experience strategy, interface design, interaction patterns, edge-case handling, and ensuring consistency across apps and modules within a regulated enterprise environment.

Designing for Finance House meant operating within strict regulatory and operational constraints while serving a broad user base with varying financial literacy.
The primary challenge was maintaining a consistent, intuitive experience across multiple products and features without oversimplifying complex financial actions. This included onboarding and identity verification, account and card management, rewards and raffle mechanics, wallet integrations, and error handling. Each experience had to communicate trust, security, and clarity, while also accounting for edge cases, system limitations, and compliance-driven requirements such as disclosures, limits, and user consent.
