Following the successful launch of the Babyliss Air Wand in Saudi Arabia, the brand expanded the campaign into the UAE to scale awareness and drive sustained retail demand.

Role
We led the end-to-end influencer marketing strategy across both markets, overseeing creator selection, content direction, campaign execution, and performance optimization. Our role focused on translating brand objectives into locally relevant influencer storytelling, ensuring consistent positioning while adapting content formats and learnings between KSA and UAE.

Problem
The Air Wand was a new product category requiring clear education and visual demonstration to drive understanding and trust.
The beauty appliance space is highly competitive, making it essential to cut through saturated content while generating genuine consumer demand rather than surface-level awareness. Additionally, the campaign needed to translate performance learnings from KSA into an effective, localized rollout for the UAE market.


Solution
A market-specific influencer strategy was developed, centered on beauty and lifestyle creators with strong female audiences. Content focused on hands-on demonstrations, before-and-after results, and ease of use to clearly communicate product value.
Insights and performance data from the KSA campaign were used to refine creator selection, messaging, and content formats for the UAE rollout, ensuring consistent positioning of the Air Wand as a hero, everyday styling tool across both markets.

Impact & Learnings
The KSA campaign activated 10 influencers, generating a reach of over 783K and more than 272K views, while also driving a 51% increase in Instagram followers. Building on this success, the UAE campaign engaged 6 influencers and achieved a reach of over 607K with 649K+ views, further strengthening awareness and demand for the Babyliss Air Wand across both markets.
The campaign successfully drove strong awareness, repeat retail sell-outs, and reinforced the Babyliss Air Wand’s position as a must-have styling product in both markets. Education-led influencer content proved critical in driving real purchase intent for beauty appliances. Demonstration-based storytelling consistently outperformed static promotion, while applying performance learnings across markets enabled faster optimization and more efficient scaling without compromising brand consistency.
